Exhibitor Registration is now open.

All Exhibitors must be registered.
|
|
|
There are a limited number of complimentary exhibitor badges per booth. If registering exhibitors over the allotment, please review the Registration Fees. |
|
|
Each person issued an exhibitor badge must be employed by the exhibiting company and must be responsible for staffing the exhibit booth.
|
|
|
Badges must be worn to enter the Oncology Professionals Hall and at all times while in the Oncology Professionals Hall. |
|
|
The exhibiting company will be responsible for the actions of anyone authorized to receive a badge under the exhibiting company's name. |
|
|
Anyone observed to be soliciting business in the aisles, other public areas or in another company’s booth will be asked to leave immediately. Please report any violations you may observe to the Exhibits Management Office, located in booth #13065. |

|
Exhibitors registering onsite or picking up badges at Registration will be required to show photo ID and proof of affiliation with the exhibiting company. |
Exhibitor Housing
|
|
All exhibitor room blocks must be secured directly through the ASCO Annual Meeting Registration and Housing Center. Please email the following information to ascohousing@jspargo.com to secure a room block:
- Name of Exhibitor and company name representing exhibitor (if different from Exhibitor name)
- Number of rooms required on peak night of conference.
- Complete contact information.

Exhibitors will be required to manage their room block reservations through an online room block management website. Information on accessing the website was sent to all confirmed exhbitors on February 1, 2012. Please contact ascohousing@jspargo.com if you did not receive this information. |

Exhibiting companies who do not utilize the ASCO Housing Center for the Annual Meeting to secure hotel rooms will be subject to a 10% surcharge on the exhibit space rental rate and will be billed accordingly.
