Registration Changes or Cancellations

 Registration Cancellation Deadline: Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 11:59 PM (EDT)
  • Registration Cancellation Fee: $75
  • No refunds for registration cancellations received after the Tuesday, May 29, 2012 registration cancellation deadline
  • Refunds from cancelled registrations will be processed after Annual Meeting.
  • Paper processing fees are nonrefundable.
  • If you cancel your registration and wish to retain Virtual Meeting access, you may purchase Virtual Meeting at the nonattendee rate.
  • Registration substitution requests must be made in writing and must be submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee. Requests may be sent via email to ascoregistration@jspargo.com.
