When planning travel to the Meeting, please note that sessions begin on Friday, June 1 at 1:00 PM. Sessions end at 6:00 PM each day, except on Tuesday, June 5, when sessions end at 1:00 PM.

United Airlines is offering travel discounts for the Annual Meeting. To obtain a discount ranging from 2-10% of your fare, contact ASCO’s official travel provider, MacNair Travel, to obtain the discounted travel rate.
Need a Ride To and From the Airport?
Several ground transportation options are available for Meeting attendees. Chicago's airports—O'Hare International Airport and Midway Airport—offer shuttle services to all official ASCO hotels.
Go Airport Express is the premier shared ride airport shuttle for Chicago’s O'Hare and Midway Airports and Convention Centers. They offer efficient and economical shared ride services, express luxury sedans and limo services as well as a complete line of charter vehicle services. Visit their ticket counters located in each of the airport’s baggage claim areas. Shuttles depart from O'Hare and Midway Airports every 10-15 minutes for Downtown Chicago Hotels.

Visit a Go Airport Express Booth onsite at McCormick Place to book your shuttle service for your flight home. Booths are located in the East Building at Gate 37 and in the South Building at Gate 3, and will be open the following hours:
- Sunday, June 3: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Shuttles leave every 30 minutes)
- Monday, June 4: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Shuttles leave every 30 minutes)
- Tuesday, June 5: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Shuttles leave every 30 minutes)
If you prefer to travel by cab, the approximate fare to the downtown area is $50 from O'Hare International Airport and $30 from Midway Airport.
International Traveler
ASCO has partnered with MacNair Travel, ASCO's official travel agency for the Annual Meeting, to create customized travel packages for our international attendees. These packages are available on a first come, first served basis.
Travel Packages include:
- Airfare
- Hotel room
- Daily American breakfast
- Airport transfers
These packages are available for individual international traveler and not to international groups. To obtain more information on the travel package, please contact MacNair Travel.
ASCO is working with the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) to improve international attendees’ experience when they arrive at O’Hare International Airport for the 2012 ASCO Annual Meeting. The CDA and its airport partners plan to increase staff to shorten Customs lines and cut wait times. Read this letter detailing the CDA’s progress and commitment to customer service.
