eTote

The eTote is a USB provided to Annual Meeting attendees that contains Proceedings content in digital format. Meeting abstracts and Educational Articles, also included in the eTote, can be viewed as PDFs or as an "eBook"—an enhanced PDF of the print version of the book. PDFs are fully searchable and in a print-friendly format.

Attendees can pick up the eTote at the materials pick-up areas in Hall C and Gate 3 or avoid lines and download it directly to their personal computer via a zip file in the Attendee Resource Center, which can be accessed with your badge number or ASCO.org username and password.

Attendees can not download the eTote files in the Attendee Resource Center directly to select devices like the iPad. iPad owners can either download an app that will unzip the files or unzip the files on their personal computer and then sync them to their device.

For attendees who receive the eTote in USB form, please note that the files cannot be wiped from the flash drive you receive.
